Principal

Mr. Paul Dobrovolsky

Mr. Paul Dobrovolsky, has nearly 10 years of Managed Care experience working with a number of organizations throughout Northern California. In his most recent role, Paul spent 3 years at Nivano Physicians as a Director of Network Operations. While there, he helped grow the organization by over 70,000 patients and to increase annual revenue by over $55 Million. In the short time he was there, he was also able to bring on over 1,000 new contracted providers and helped to negotiate and implement several new health plan contracts.

        Prior to that, he worked at River City Medical Group for 6 years, where he helped to build it into one of the largest Medi-cal Managed care IPA's in California. He was a key contributor in several clinical acquisitions and helped to develop and expand a Medi-cal network into 9 additional counties. Paul earned a Master's of Business Administration Degree from Sacramento State University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a focus in Entrepreneurship from Washington State University.
